Rodriguez week 10

Last week, Danielle and I went shopping for materials to use for Revolver. We bought something for our restaurant's signature drink called "The Revolver" 

it is placed on a lazy susan with five shots around it. in th middle is a drink shaker in the shape of a bullet. 

We also bought two items that our menus will be placed on. They are metal so it will contrast with our table top which is wood-top.

I changed up my packaging idea because while shopping we got a better idea.

We wanted to make Mug Wraps instead of a box of shot glasses.

This will wrap around the mug, the white space is where the handle will go through, and it would be for sale in the lobby of the restaurant.

I'm still working on the home page graphics and I'm waiting for Sereli to send me the menu to put the menu website page together.

Do you guys use Keynote? I just learned a little more about it at the Apple store last Friday and that program is soooo much cooler than Powerpoint!! I wonder if we would be able to use that to present on Thursday. Do the Mac's at school have Keynote? I've never looked.

Mint n chip ice cream?

I realized why the green that we picked out today in the resource room reminded me of country. It reminded Sereli of ice cream but it reminded me of a cactus. Then I thought it might be fun to throw some sort of abstract cactus into the graphics somewhere. Just a thought.

Songs for powerpoint

I was thinking about the songs that we might want to use for our powerpoint. I thought that since we are sort of "reinventing country" with our approach to this project that it might be appropriate to use a remix of a country song or something. I came up with a couple songs I like (remixes) but are not country by any means. Which might be kinda cool. They're just rock. Just ideas... let me know what you think.
